In this episode, we're discussing the Law of Polarity and how this pertains to the narcissistic abuse/codependency dynamic. Many women reach out to me and ask "am I the narcissist"?
We all have some narcissism, however, codependent traits can look similar to narcissistic behavior traits.
Disclaimer: I am not saying the two are the same in that intent is everything. One side has the intent to have control and have power over, the other side oftentimes has the desire to feel safe, in control (to feel safe).
This episode is piggybacking off of ep 209 where I talk about when you bring up the issues in the relationship to him and he says you need to change too.
