In this episode, Nathalie Botros, ex-serial dieter, past psychotherapist, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and author of "If You are What You Eat, Should I eat a Skinny Girl"? shares her story of chronic dieting, and the darkness that this created in her life.

She discusses how she started dieting, not to lose weight, but because it seemed like it was the in-style thing to do, and that everyone else was doing.

We talk about how to eat with more freedom, how to include all foods in your diet, snacking and having treats with mindfulness, self love, and how to stop the never ending seeking for the next fad diet to lose weight.
